Manifesto

We stand at a historic crossroads, believing that through our collective efforts, we can turn challenges into opportunities. We will overcome oppression and fear with justice and solidarity; confrontation and division with dialogue and trust-building; hopelessness and uncertainty with a clear and shared vision for the future; state capture with the decentralization of power; government corruption and incompetence with the establishment of a reliable public system; and the country's isolation from the free world with cooperation, securing a dignified place in the international community.

Together, we strive for a strong, democratic, and free Georgia—a country where every child grows up in a caring and safe environment, where everyone has diverse opportunities for self-fulfillment, where professionals receive recognition, teachers are respected, and artists and scientists have the freedom to create and conduct research. A country where labor is dignified and valued, old age is secure, judges uphold justice, police officers ensure order and legality, and soldiers stand guard over the nation. We are building a state where the law is equal for all, and power is fairly distributed, balanced, and constrained by public institutions.

Fair elections, active civic engagement, and the strengthening of democratic institutions will transform Georgia into a resilient and free state. This is the future where the voices of Georgian citizens will be the foundation of national development, where our country will secure a rightful place in the civilized world as a significant and fully-fledged member.

The Georgian Public Assembly is a platform where diverse voices unite—we take responsibility, we speak, we plan, and we act to transform society’s voice into real power that drives change.
